The CURA intervention was carried out in my studio, at the beginning of the pandemic, to honor health professionals and symbolically protect my work and social environment. The monumental red cross painted on the water tank and installed in the architecture of the building could be seen from the Pinheiros waterfront, in the south of São Paulo.

The studio has always been a place of mental and spiritual strengthening. In this place the “Acampamento dos Anjos” was born, my first artistic intervention. Our house has never been so essential as a space for protection and protection. Painting and installing this symbol in the city gave me hope during this difficult time that we are living with COVID-19.
